Simply, a Hot Cross Bacon Bun


  • 3 rashers Damika unsmoked¬†rindless back bacon
  • 1 Hot Cross bun
  • Butter
  • Sauce optional


  1. Cook 3 rashers of unsmoked rindless back bacon to your liking.

  2. Lightly toast the Hot Cross bun and spread with butter.

  3. Load your Hot Cross bun with the bacon and top with sauce of your choice. We suggest trying a little fruity brown sauce or some fruit or mango chutney.
